The coalition has been partnering with like minded organizations working on TB/HIV in Sierra Leone both local and international. The coalition (Civil Society Movement Against Tuberculosis-Sierra Leone) build partnership to pursue its aims and objectives in the bid to Forster campaign advocacy programmes on  Tuberculosis(TB) and HIV in Sierra Leone.Below are details of our partners in the fight against TB/HIV:

National Leprosy and TB Control Programme(NLTCP).
This Unit is been hosted by the Ministry Of Health and Sanitation. The main aim of the NLTCP is to reduce the leprosy and tuberculosis(TB) burden by diagnosing and treating effectively free of cost, to as many leprosy and tuberculosis patients as possible until the diseases are no longer a public health problem.

As a Civil Society Coalition, we working closely with policy makers including government representives and health related institutions particularly NLTCP and NAS in order to stimulate advocacy campaign issues on TB in Sierra Leone.
National AIDS Secretariat Sierra Leone (NAS). 
The coalition is working  closely with the National AIDS Secretariat (NAS) in the fight against TB/HIV as the  National HIV/AIDS Secretariat was established by an act of Parliament in 2002 and located in the Office of the President to coordinate a multi-sectoral effort to reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS and mitigate its impact in Sierra Leone.

The National HIV/AIDS Secretariat is committed to providing leadership in coordination of HIV/AIDS programs and activities of all stakeholders in Sierra Leone by developing, implementing and coordinating an effective strategic plan that addresses prevention, treatment, care and assures the preservation of human right. The Stop TB Partnership Secretariat.
The Coalition(CISMAT-SL) is a member of the Stop TB Partnership and a member of Advocacy, Communication and Social Mobilization(ACSM) group. The Stop TB Partnership was established in 2001 building upon the Stop TB Initiative that was launched by WHO in 1998 and following a call at the Amsterdam Ministerial Conference in 2000.

Its aim is to realize the goal of eliminating TB as a public health problem and, ultimately, to obtain a world free of TB. It comprises a network of international organizations, countries, donors from the public and private sectors, governmental and nongovernmental organizations that have expressed an interest in working together to achieve this goal.
